Under the leadership of President and CEO Donna Bland, Golden 1 has grown to serve more than 1.1 million members while advancing purpose-driven corporate social responsibility initiatives. This award spotlights Golden 1's ability to continue to grow and evolve as a top-ranking mid-size company nationwide while remaining strongly rooted in the Golden State. Golden 1 was of one of only two credit unions recognized overall.
